  • Will you need to communicate with me during the review process?
Yes, we may have questions during the review to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of your Nexus Letter. We prefer to communicate via email, so please monitor your inbox for any correspondence from us.
  • Do you provide Nexus Letters for secondary conditions?
Yes, we can provide Nexus Letters that establish a connection between a primary service-connected condition and a secondary condition. Examples include sleep apnea secondary to PTSD or knee arthritis secondary to a service-connected ankle injury.
  • Are chiropractors qualified to write Nexus Letters?
Yes, chiropractors can write Nexus Letters. The VA has accepted Nexus Letters from Doctors of Chiropractic in support of various disorders.
  • What types of medical conditions do you write Nexus Letters for?
We write Nexus Letters for a variety of service-connected conditions, including musculoskeletal issues, PTSD, tinnitus, migraines, and more. If you're unsure whether we can help with your condition, contact us before submitting your documents.
  • Can you diagnose me through a Nexus Letter?
No, a Nexus Letter serves as a second medical opinion. It involves a formal review and analysis of your compensation claim, supported by medical evidence and literature. It does not include a physical examination.
  • Who writes the Nexus Letter?
All Nexus Letters are written by licensed medical professionals who understand VA standards and know how to present your case in a clear, credible manner.
  • What is a Nexus Letter?
A Nexus Letter is a medical document written by a licensed professional that links a veteran’s current medical condition to their military service. It provides a clear, evidence-based opinion that helps strengthen a VA disability claim.
  • Do I need a Nexus Letter if I already have a diagnosis from my doctor?
A diagnosis alone is not enough for a successful VA claim. A Nexus Letter helps establish the medical connection between your condition and your military service, making it a valuable piece of evidence.
  • Do you guarantee a letter will be written?
No. We only write a Nexus Letter if, after reviewing your records, we believe there is sufficient evidence to support a service connection. If we can't write one, you won’t be charged.
  • How long have you been writing Nexus Letters?
We have been writing Nexus Letters since 2022. Initially, we provided them for local veteran patients in our clinic and have since expanded to offer services online to a broader veteran community.
  • Do you guarantee my claim will be approved if I purchase your Nexus Letter services?
No, while a well-prepared Nexus Letter can significantly support your claim, approval decisions depend on various factors, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
  • What medical documents should I submit for review?
We recommend submitting your VA medical records, private medical records, service treatment records, C&P exam results (if available), and any prior VA rating decisions that are relevant to your claim.
  • How do I get started?
Just fill out the short form on the “Order Now” page and securely upload your documents. Once we review your case, we’ll contact you if we can move forward.
  • How long does it take?
Standard service takes 7–10 business days. Expedited service is available and delivers in 3–5 business days once payment is received.
  • How will I receive my completed Nexus Letter?
Your completed Nexus Letter will be securely delivered to you via a HIPAA-compliant file-sharing platform. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your document.
  • When do I pay?
You only pay once we've reviewed your records and determined that a Nexus Letter can be written. We will then send you an invoice.
  • How much does a Nexus Letter cost?
We offer a Standard service ($400, 7–10 business days) and an Expedited service ($550, 3–5 business days). You only pay if we determine we can write a Nexus Letter that supports your claim.
  • Is there a refund if my claim is denied?
No. Once a letter is written and delivered, payment is final. We do not guarantee VA approval, as that decision is out of our hands.
